Working Together to Build Stronger Communities

The day-to-day operations of CHA are managed by our Executive Director, Marquisha Griffin, MPA, CPM. Mrs. Griffin was appointed in 2023 after a nationwide search . She brings extensive experience in public service and housing programs. As CEO of the Housing Authority, she implements Board policies, oversees staff and budgets, and drives our strategic vision. Under her leadership, CHA is focused on collaborative solutions to housing challenges – working with local government, HUD, and community partners to expand affordable housing opportunities .  “Achieving our mission requires more than individual effort; it demands collaboration across sectors, organizations, and communities,” says Director Griffin . “Together, we can build bridges, share ideas, and uplift communities to keep the promise of affordable housing for all.”
